About Asha Puthran

I’m Asha Puthran — a holistic wellness mentor, speaker, and retreat host dedicated to helping women heal emotional overwhelm, reclaim their power, and rise into clarity and confidence.
For two decades, I navigated high-pressure corporate life while silently battling depression, anxiety, and burnout. My healing journey led me through yoga, Ayurveda, NLP, emotional release work, and deep spiritual growth.
Today, I integrate my professional background with holistic wellness to support women through every season of life.
